KANA’s Weight Loss and Toning Program

The purpose of the KANA’s Weight Loss and Toning Program is to help you lose weight, tone your body, and meet your other fitness goals. To achieve this, you will be challenged to undergo potentially intensive, but doable fitness routines uniquely designed to meet your fitness goals. You may also obtain assistance with individualized meal preps at your request and consider lifestyle changes that may be necessary to obtaining and maintaining your fitness goals. The program will require you to dedicate a specific amount of hours a week to training, an individualized fitness regiment, and continuously productive changes to your regime which would prompt you to adjust to more challenging techniques, building resilience and proficiency. You will also have access to open gym, which is optional.
