KANA’s Weight and Muscle Gain Program

The purpose of the KANA’s Weight and Muscle Gain Program is to focus and target sports specific (football, MMA, et al.) muscle enhancing goals. This program is designed to help you gain weight, bulk up specific parts of your body, and meet your other fitness goals in healthy ways. To achieve this, you will be challenged to undergo potentially intensive, but doable fitness routines uniquely designed to meet your desired look and fitness goals. You may also obtain assistance and education with individualized meal preps to manage protein at your request and consider lifestyle changes that may be necessary to obtaining and maintaining your fitness goals. The program will require you to dedicate a specific amount of hours a week to training, an individualized fitness regiment, and continuously productive changes to your regime which would prompt you to adjust to more challenging techniques, building resilience and proficiency. You will also have access to open gym, which is optional but beneficial.
