KANA Self Defense & MMA Training (K.P) -

This course is specific for MMA Training and the Self Defense lessons of KANA. This includes Kicks,Strikes, Take-Downs, Pressure Points and a course on how to Properly Break bones.

KANA Woman's Self Defense Program

This course is designed specifically for women and the most tactical ways to get any woman out of harms way. This includes Self Defense maneuvers, MMA Training, Physical conditioning & Mental Sharpening exercises.

KANA Security Personnel Program

This program is designed for Security Guards Police Officers etc. The main focus is to master take downs & Submissions. This includes engaging & Detainment Techniques.

KANA Kids program ages (4-12)

Kana’s Self Defense Teaches Children ages (4-12). Mainly MMA & Self Defense Techniques that are age appropriate & for school house setting.

KANA’s Weight and Muscle Gain Program

The purpose of the KANA’s Weight and Muscle Gain Program is to focus and target sports specific (football, MMA, et al.) muscle enhancing goals. 

KANA Weight Loss & Toning Program

Kana’s Weight Loss & Toning program is created for all ages for Health & Fitness. We have Weight Loss & Weight Gain Programs that come with meal Plans & Meal Prep.
